- The instructions had no unintentional errors in spelling, grammar, or meaning.

At the Checkpoint(s)
- The checkpoint location(s) were safe and easy to enter.
- The checkpoint process was reasonably fast and efficient.
- Checkpoint workers were polite, competent, and "rallyist friendly".
Along the Route
- The roads were wide, in good condition, and provided opportunity to pull over & park.
- The route was safe, sufficiently lighted, and free of traffic problems.
- Rallye erected signs (including coursemarkers) were visible, readable, and well placed.
- Other signs (government/commercial signs) used by the rallye were visible, readable, and unobstructed.
- I/We had enough time to finish the rallye without feeling rushed.
- I/We had enough to do without finishing too early.
