Awards and Par Plaques for TRC Rallyes

1. If you don’t wish for the club to provide the regular Awards and/or Par Plaques for your rallye and instead you are creating them and getting them on your own you must notify Nick or Teresa Stefanisko at least 45 days before your rallye.
2. If you have special artwork or wording you want on the Awards and/or Par Plaques you must submit it to Nick or Teresa Stefanisko at least 45 days before your rallye.
3. At least 30 days prior to your rallye you must notify Nick or Teresa Stefanisko of the number of worker pins you will need.
4. If you don’t do any of the above Nick and Teresa Stefanisko will take that to mean we are to create and order your Par Plaques and Awards. We will use artwork available to us related to your theme taken from you flier and other sources as necessary, we will make up the names for your workers and the RM, and order the standard number of pins listed below. (It has become practice to call the RM and CP workers something other than Rallyemaster and Worker. For example if Teresa were RMing a Monster Mash, she may be called “Rallyemistress of the Dark” and a CP worker may be known as “Faithful Ghoul”)
   • 1 for each rallyemaster
   • 6 worker pins (2 Start + 4 CP)
   • 30 award pins:

     First Timer

     6 total, 2 each of: First Place, Second Place, Third Place

     Beginner

     6 total, 2 each of: First Place, Second Place, Third Place

     Novice

     6 total, 2 each of: First Place, Second Place, Third Place

     Senior

     4 total, 2 each of: First Place, Second Place

     Expert

     4 total, 2 each of: First Place, Second Place

     Master Expert

     2 each of: First Place

     Top Score

     2 each

5. Proofs of your Awards and/or Par Plaques will be available at least 20 days before your rallye. Proofs will be emailed to the contact email on your flyer unless you contact Nick or Teresa Stefanisko with a different email address. Awards will be ordered 2½ weeks prior to your rallye. No changes can be made after the order is made. Par Plaques are created 1 week prior to your rallye. No changes can be made to Par Plaques after that time.
