Question: I went to add Bob Smith (say), and found a record for Alan, Bob, and Cindy Smith (say). I deleted the other names and made the record say just Bob, since only Bob applied (and paid) for membership. (I also sent mail offering an associate membership for another $5.) Did I hand this properly?

Question: I went to add another person (with a similarly generic name) and found a record with the same name, but different address and phone numbers. I am not comfortable assuming that this is the same person. I think I should add the new record and the old one should be removed when snail mail comes back undelivered or will simply be unused when it is old enough. Comments?
