We've got wanted pages like Onto Gimmicks, Parallel Sign Gimmicks, and Sign Location Gimmicks. Do these topics deserve their own pages? Or can we just start linking to the corresponding sections of this document instead?

I think one page is better than splitting them up. I also think it should be arranged like the rallye pages rather than by presumed dificulty.

That's a good point. I've been thinking of this list as a rallyemaster's guide, a reminder of types of gimmicks that could be included in a rallye. From that perspective, organizing it by difficulty makes sense. But from a rallyist's perspective, it makes more sense to organize them as Bill described, by the ways the rallyemaster can set up the gimmicks.
