We should take the proposals from the Operating Procedures (which I don't have handy) and assure they're applied here.  I'm thinking of the requirement that one win first place awards to move up and clarifying that the count starts over with each class.
I'd also like a table showing how many awards are typically issued in each class.  But this table
doesn't seem to display as a table (though my Wiki accepts this type of syntax). In any case, is this info right?

Should we make it clear that this is the experience class structure for gimmick rallyes (since timed rallyes use a completely different system)?

Also, should the title be in lower case (the way it might appear in the middle of a sentence), or should the words be capitalized (or cap/lc if we add little words like "the" or "a" to the title)?
