-Personally, I prefer using whatever case would normally be used in the middle of a sentence. That makes it easy to add inline links. (Likewise, I prefer singular words in titles, since it's easy to make most of them plural by adding an s/es at the end of the inline link.)

-But I've also used other conventions, including an odd one that is enforced by the wiki software: Article titles cannot contain spaces, and use CamelCaseWords. Furthermore, any CamelCaseWords are assumed to be article titles, and are automatically linked. (This is a hassle for those of us with CamelCaseLastNames.)

-I seem to prefer Title Case (not CamelCase) for article names, but then I frequently use alternate text for links, as well.
