Steve suggested to Dean:

  • Move Registrar instructions from Treasurer Instructions, since they are now typically different people.
  • Simplify registrar instructions and/or simplify the duties of the registrar
    • Limit duration we bring old awards to future rallyes
    • Limit duration we bring old registration packets & critiques to future rallyes
    • Limit "garage sale" items we offer to sell
    • Limit giveaways to members
