Steve suggested to Dean:
- Move Registrar instructions from Treasurer Instructions, since they are now typically different people.
- Simplify registrar instructions -- make a one-page checklist
- Handling for new memberships (offer giveaway bags, window decals, Bylaws, OPs, free 1st rallye card, business cards, a free rallye car if they aren't getting this rallye for free)
- Handling for first timers (offer clipboard and office supplies -- free to a paid car)
- Extra reg packet?
- Simplify the duties of the registrar
- Limit duration we bring old awards to future rallyes
- Limit duration we bring old registration packets & critiques to future rallyes
- Limit "garage sale" items we offer to sell
- Limit giveaways to members
