Create a score sheet

Each score sheet should contain:

1. car number (normally assigned by registrar to be unique).
2. class (sometimes assigned by registrar and sometimes left blank for the rallyist to fill in).
3. driver & navigator name, club affiliations, email addresses, and passenger names.

   Do not include gimmicks on: car number, driver & navigator name, or email addresses.

   (You may call the car number something else, such as a sleigh number.)

   Boxes for each letter of the email address are recommended.

4. We typically ask for postal addresses, but don't typically send mail anymore.
5. Ask how they heard about TRC or about the rallye. We need to know how to find new rallyists.
6. Include a check-boxes for rallyists to approve the use of their email addresses for future event notifications (membership in the TRC-Events list).

   We typically send results to all rallyists who provided their email addresses on that rallye, without an explicit check box.
